Extremely buggy and terrible. Search is useless if you don't know the exact name of the product. Filtering is useless because it still shows things you specifically filtered out as long as it's "sponsored"

I love the merchandise and the reviews and the confidence of buying from a great retailer. However, the UI of the app is very annoying honestly I find it particularly irritating when I want to make a new search for a new product and the search bar is basically unresponsive and that's going to cost it two Stars, sorry.

NewEgg has one of the most laggy apps by a major retailer. NewEgg reviews and prices are awesome - but app SW is stuck in 2014.

Works as it should although there's a few to many notification based ads and also when going to do stuff like track shipping, it loads an in app web page, so what's the point of having the app if it's just going to do that? I'd rather it open in chrome so I can save the page, and just have it on top of my tabs so I just open, refresh, boom up to date info. But instead I have to waste time navigating through menues every time I want to check on delivery status
