Can’t unsubscribe

Website says to unsubscribe I need to do so on my iOS device. So I go to the app on my iPhone and it tells me to go to the App Store. So I go to the App Store and only option is to open the app. Holy fudge, what the heck is really necessary to unsubscribe???

NFL+ is basically a scam.

There's nowhere else to review the nfl plus subscription. But you can ONLY use it on your phone. Even though they claim you can also use a tablet. This is a lie. When you try to access NFL+ videos it asks you for tv provider. And the streams are horrid on the phone. Even with 5 bars of Wi-Fi or 5G it gets so blurry and pixelated every two seconds that you can't see anything on the screen. I'm very disappointed yet again by the NFL and their lack luster and poor fan engagement.

This service and app is absolutely horrible. I have been paying for it for months and have not been able to watch a single event that I tried to watch. The and website tell me to subscribe no matter how many times I login. When I try to subscribe again it tells me I am already a member. There is no recourse for customers except a terrible faq section. This for me was a total waste of money.

Totally unusable since the latest update. Constant crashes. Is anybody in the NHL responsible for that disaster? Does anybody in the NHL even care? Sad that I had to cancel my subscription after more than a decade. Why should I pay for no value at all?

I signed up to get regular season games streamed to my phone but could only listen to games. Plus they make it impossible to cancel NFL+.
