Log in almost all the time?
Do I really have to log in almost every single time I use this app? I get a bank app needs this kind of security, but are we unaware of some underground operation where criminals make a killing off of stolen train tickets? If so, then yes, this would be perfect to have me log in almost every single time. Thanks.

Not convenient at all
I can't even make an account because it's telling me to verify my email and then not giving me a place to enter the verification code. So i can't use the app at all and I've tried it with 2 different emails.

Awful customer service
The conductor's on these trains are some of the rudest grumpiest people I've seen. God forbid they give you a reason the train you're on is pulled over to the side for 20 minutes. Sometimes they'll announce the stops sometimes not, after work this can be a problem.

Would be nice IF IT WORKED!
An app that is supposed to allow me to buy transit tickets and see schedules only works if it can connect to the servers during operating hours. Not this app. Still waiting for it to get past the sign on screen, for two days!

App sometimes doesn't work, and it's of course at the most inopportune time. It will randomly stop showing activated tickets and won't respond when you try to access them.
