Octopus Energy US - Latest Quality Issues

Just migrated from bulb. In the bulb app, one could see the cost of electricity used per day/week/month, which is just as useful, if not more useful, than the kWh per day/week/month. It would be great if the octopus app allowed the user to switch from viewing usage in kWh to usage in pounds and pence. Maybe I've just missed it?

Bulb App showed usage in £'s made it easier to control Energy usage..Octopus App only appears to indicate usage in Kilowatts..Have to revert to using U-Switch App to show the daily amount in £'s spent.

As my utility provider I am most happy with their outlook, service and due to fortunate timing, their cost. However, this app is unreliable and like many others have flagged up, the data it provides is incomplete with on occasions whole week's missing in my usage.

29/9/22: As there's no alternative I have reinstalled and this time it does seem to work after a fashion. It's garish but that's just a matter of taste. I couldn't tell what tariff I was on, or what unit costs and standing charges applied until I found it hidden in the "usage" section. Why not in Settings/My Account? Transactions seem to be created at random times. I can't download the basic data on which the "fancy" graphs are based. Even the "feedback" is frustrating and cumbersome to use.

Bugs and missing things from Bulb 1) The app keeps logging me off on a daily basis. 2) Also, the app doesn't seem to support password managers which makes the first problem even more annoying 3) The "usage" doesn't displays value in price/pounds, like bulb used to be so I have no idea how much I'm spending compared to my previous weeks.

Just been moved to Octopus from Bulb. Their app was so much better! Why can't the usage charts show the amount used including standing charge and VAT like Bulb did? Theirs was so much easier to understand the total cost and make it easier to budget
