Always considered very valid, however the last time I used it he only sent me the invoice and not the actual ticket and then I paid for something not used (I was on foot), I'm sorry, it's a service I believe in a lot, but such a chapel is difficult to forgive.

The app hasn't worked for months. No train connections are found. Always only bus or plane.

I received a voucher code within the app and as soon as I tried to copy the code it was gone. I emailed support and never got a reply in an email. Instead several days later a customer support agent (Rusi) called me at an inappropriate time of day to try to persuade me there was never any voucher. Like I would have invented something like that. I never got another reply nor a chance to rate my experience with support. overall a bad app and bad service.

Terrible experience! The app does not allow you to choose seats and gives separate seats if you travel accompanied, even though there is a lot of availability to sit together on the train (I saw it directly on the official trenitalia website).

App without full functionality
Many train connections cannot be booked, which makes booking via the national railway necessary. Great idea but lacking connection to booking systems
