app sucks. requires you to keep logging in. can't get menu for my store.

No option to add sauces.

I purchased the Garlic Ribeye sandwich and it was inedible. Meat overdone and completely dried out at the edges. So disappointed.

Straight-up doesn't work. I've tried this app at multiple times/with multiple local locations/with both Google Pay and credit card info, and it throws up a "Translation missed" error every time I try to make a payment. No indication of what the problem is or how to fix/get around it.

When ordering, my payment is declined no matter what. I've added different cards and tried Google Pay but always declined. I've also attempted uninstalling and reinstalling the app with no luck. When I ask at stores (2 different locations) if there's a problem accepting payment on the app, both store's employees admit that the app is horrible and recommend not using it. This makes the app only good for viewing menus and special offers, which they never know how to use at the stores anyway.

I like Arby's BUT as a reward member I was supposed to get 3.00 off my order for only online. I thought that also meant in the App. I didn't get the 3.00 off
