Hello Opay, After I lost my phone and sim which I used for opay last year . I opened another Accounts My Fiance Mistakenly sent money to my old opay account which I can't access. Instead of the new opay Account I would like money to be refunded to my new opay Account and the old account deleted... your customer service is poor, they dont pick calls or reply emails for 2weeks😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠

It's quite an amazing app with good features but it still need to be free of bugs and the verification process isn't working well... I've severally tried to verify my account but it brings up some stuff about my first name being inconsistent with my account details Please kindly fix this... Thank You

I'm not happy at all. I transferred 2k from my access acount to my opay account yesterday. My money was debited, and it's not reflecting on my opay wallet. It's been over 24 hrs now. I downloaded this app due to the reviews i'm seeing and now i'm getting this. I'm so dissapointed... Pls do something as soon as possible.. For this i'm giving 2 stars

I love opay so much but I don't know why my friend complain about it that they have been scammed I was not happy hearing this and I was the one you told him about opay now he got angry and log out of it really bad hearing this
