I started at coopers hawk site to make a reservation. Their site asked me for the date, time, and number of guests. Then kicked me to open table where none of the information carried through. So it again asked me for the same information a second time. Also required a phone number and email, then sent me 2 security codes one by email I had to enter then a second by txt. So much for smart technology. And do we really need 2 security codes to make a reservation?

Poor Site

I have an account, but it never recognizes me, always make me re enter a credit card, is unclear ( asks for update not sez' not available). I almost go elsewhere to ovoid Open Table. Other iPhone and websites are miles better.

Points gone

Since Covid, I haven't used OpenTable. I just reloaded it today to find my thousands of acquired points since 2010 have been wiped away. No reason to start over when I can easily make the reservation myself.

Never works

This app used to work. I deleted it and reloaded it and still nothing. it always freezes and says error. Not very convenient at all. wish the bugs would get fixed .

Searching on Open Tsble

The Open Table website is useless when making a search. I tried to find J&G Steakhouse at the Phoenician Hotel and it was impossible. I had to to go the hotel website, click on dining, then on J&G Steakhouse and finally I arrived where I wanted to be.

Account retrieval bad and keeps resetting mail feature

Logging in on a new device is a pain. Asks for my phone number and couldn't find email associated (pretty sure had just signed up through Facebook many years ago). When I tried putting in emails instead it would send code to my email. So then I go to email to get the code and when back in OpenTable app it's back at the first screen asking for the phone number. It should just stay on the enter code page! I gave up and created a new account so all my prior reservations are gone. Then I went to book the reservation I wanted and when scrolling up and down it kept toggling ON the option to let the restaurant email me about deals which I turned off. Shady coding there!
