Prior to the last update, this app worked reliably. Now I cannot even get it to make it passed the login. The only way I can access my account is to enter the website URL directly into my browser. Fix the app!

New version is not good
App should be easy for senior citizens but new version they made hard for them to use my father is 74 year old every time he open app he have to enter login and its not easy for 74 year old person to remember the login information . Old version was way better than new version . Look like they dont want us use benefits

Ok, we need the old app back. This one is horrible! Number one, having to log in every time you use it is ridiculous. Then, do a search for where you can use it pulls up stores I have no clue about. Albertsons is where? Not here, that's for sure. Also, states can use at Walmart never to be able to do that. Why I have no clue. Have not used it to scan yet, so can't speak on that. So the other app was so simple and easier to use. New and so called improved is not true at all in this case.

There isn't actually a Zero star rating or I would give that. I agree with SOJUxGURL that this new version of the app is, in a word, lousy. The previous version allowed me to put both my wife's and my card info in, and I did not have to login every time I want to use it, nor did I have to logout and login again with the other card to check balances. Some developers do care about the users needs and ability; these folks clearly do not.

I can't log in as the ap tells me either my email or password is incorrect. And o just set it up. Whatever you did broke the app. It's useless

The scanning process does not work it is frustrating while you're in the store. Takes definitely a techy person to figure all this out not happy with this app at all

BAD APP
THE NEW APP IS HORRIBLE. I can't check any other cards. I'm only able to check one card. The old app was way better. If it doesn't CHANGE TO THE OLD APP IM CONSIDERING SWITCHING. ONE STAR IS THE LOWEST IM GIVING BECAUSE I CAN'T GIVE ANY LOWER 😡😡😡

I was instructed by my health ins. How to put an app in .step by step..went all the way to Walmart..for nothing .I never was able to get in it..I will be waing for my card in the mail for at LEAST 10 DAYS ... Very disappointed
