I am getting hung up on multiple times
I have been hung up on multiple times every time I am transferred to the dispute department. I am trying to get help with my transaction because I haven't got my items I ordered and the merchant is failing to respond. I called Oxygen help line multiple times today to be transferred and “Nobody is able to help you I'm sorry” and to be hung up on.

So far, not impressed.
I am writing this in hopes of getting a response from the developer. I am STILL waiting for my physical card. This is an issue that has been going on for almost a month now. The first time I sent off for it, I gave them the benefit of the doubt that it was lost in the mail. The second time however I called. And when I call, I keep getting to the point where it says I am the next person in line and then nothing. I have waited for an hour today and still no answer. I would try the text chat option, but it tells you on the app that you can do that but doesn't give you a place to do that. So I figured I would try the avenue. I do like the app and was able to pay some of my bills using a temporary card. Which was convenient. But there are some things I have to do with a physical card. Please developers, respond to this. I will gladly retract everything I am saying here and give a glowing review. Because for the most part, the app is great. But I would really like my card please. Thank you.

Terrible Customer Service
I tried calling them and they discounted my call at 6PM instead of taking it. My bills are coming in soon and my debt card has not arrived. Their customer service once again fails me.

Worse bank ever.. bad customer service..they rob you of your money.. they do not side with you when disputing transactions.. they will always allow other companies to have their way with your account.. you cannot stop a payment nor dispute whether a payment ia valid.. oxygen will never stop payments or refund money that was refunded to you.. they allowed rental car company to hold my money weeks after the car was returned. And falsely adding charges to prevent me from closing this account..

Overall love it but it has its flaws
TLDR: This shouldn't be your only bank account, and you should have more than one mobile device as a backup in case it crashes on newer devices. Perks are worth it, but be prepared. Full review: Love the cash back. Customer service is okay. Hate that it doesn't have a web app. Works fine on most of my devices but it crashes when I open the app on my new iPhone 14 Pro. I'm privileged to have multiple mobile devices, but what if I didn't? The lack of inaccessibility is unacceptable. Also, when I requested a new card, because of manufacturing issues, it took 3 – 4 months to receive it. Again, I'm privileged to have multiple bank accounts. I'll continue to stick with Oxygen while they work out their bugs and operations, but this app and financial service is definitely not for everyone.

I have ordered 2 replacement debit cards and has to receive one .I cannot use my money at all they take too long to respond so it's not effective trying to contact support for help. In regards to your account
