Big issues when it comes to withdrawing your wins, there virtual support chat was no help, and after uploading my documents to verify everything, I followed up by email ( I was polite, and had only asked why it wasn't working) they send an email that I am no longer allowed to contact them by email, i could have understood that if I was making threats or using abusive language in the email, but I literally typed why was it not working and wat was the issue so I could resolve it,

Poor experience, I have tried for months to load my account with money and will not take my card details. Even if I do the £5 min amount still has no joy worst betting app out there....

Honest to god I've tried many of the different slots companies and this one is by far the worst one I've been on. Zero stars. Terrible customer service been trying to get verified for almost three years provided three forms of i.d, government letter from a hospital and a passport and bank statement. Anytime I went to the support chat I was just repeating myself with no one reading my messages properly and Ignoring things I'd said and had to say then three of four times. Zero updates from the security team and customer support regarding my issues. Won't be using paddy power in any way shape or form now.
