Terrible servers
The app content is great and my BF and I have made some significant strides with communication because of this app; BUT, their servers seem slow/laggy, we are constantly being kicked off so I'm guessing others can get on, but once we are able to connect I have no doubt others are being booted. This has been a constant cycle since day 1 (Feb 17-18) and is not improving at all which points to inadequate servers. If you are considering this app; don't. Find another one. The frustration caused by the constant connect/disconnect cycle is not only annoying, but has caused issues between BF and I thinking the other is not on the app at the same time and is not actively participating; which is not true, but seems that way because of the ridiculous connect/laggy/disconnect cycle. We are using brand new Apple and Android devices so it cannot be blamed on our devices.

Constant annoying notifications
Devs refuse to allow turning off of notifications other than partner activity. So, if you want to know ‘your turn', you also have to receive constant notifications about new this or new that. Very annoying, especially for a paid app. Won't be renewing.

Beware You Both Need To Cancel
I downloaded this and tried the premium with my partner for a week. I set it all up and was told my partner gets it free when I share. We decided not to move forward with the trial and I canceled in time, but they charged HER for the full year of premium automatically. Very shady and misleading as all she did was accept an invite from me who supposedly was the owner of the account. Once I chose not to pay, they charged her card without her knowledge and she's now in a dispute with Apple to get her money back. Beware

Good but could be better
I really like the app and the games and questions but after playing and discussing thing they start to build up and it gets confusing. Really wish there was a way to delete topics and packs when you are finished with them. Definitely give me anxiety trying to figure out which one we're on and what to answer

Paid for premium and can't use it. It freezes CONSTANTLY! I can't spend more than 5 mins in the app without wanting to toss my phone across the room. Seeing lots of other people saying they've had the same issue for months now and nothing has been fixed. You'd think that an app that costs this much money would at least be functional.

Was phenomenal, now super buggy
We love using Paired—such a great idea. We got Premium a few weeks ago, but lately the app has been super slow, buggy, and crashing. Not sure if it's a general issue or specifically related to getting Premium. Ruins the experience when you can't even click on questions or move two or three pages without the app crashing
