why does it take 2 hours to get to my house if my local panda express is like 20 minutes away

Love the food but the app won't stop asking me for a review. So here you go. Terrible app, hopefully now they'll stop asking.

Wanted to order spring rolls and app told me I needed to pick box size but there was not an option to do that.

Not that I think your organization has any ability to effectively communicate to its employees or workers or management from corporate, but the location on los Osos Valley Road in San Luis Obispo is disgustingly under employed. And therefore, poorly run. There's a clear disconnect between management and the workers, when I went there was a line out of the door and only 4 total people working, including the ones in the kitchen. I ordered online and waited an hour for my food because they were so swamped they couldn't look up to see that an online order came through, and I watched this poor teenage girl get yelled at by angry hungry customers for things that clearly weren't her fault. Also like, app interface is terrible, why aren't there points or like any kind of rewards incentivizing people to use the app? Get with it and stop asking me to pay you back for donating to the kid's foundation. You already paid, stop lying to people and telling them they are donations are going to the kids when really they're going into your pockets.

The five dollar gift card loses its value to me as a customer when you can't use it with another payment method like Apple Pay in your app

Random items go “out of stock” even before the restaurant opens. Called and confirmed items are actually available. App glitches and won't change pickup orders to delivery. My phone completely turned off while using this app at one point. Won't let you pick drink size so you are forced to buy more expensive bottled drinks.
