Nightmare
Tried to invest but unable to verify me . Kept sending me back to transunion about my credit score ( excellent 633 in case you are wondering) no actually advice just some one else's problem. Could not open account so have deleted app.

Less usable on iPad
The app isn't as usable on an iPad compared to competitor apps. For example, there's no support for the landscape orientation.

For an app only account this app is really disjointed and in major need of improvements. A clunky layout, not that user friendly with poor basic functions and navigation. The lack of a real time statements is just lazy, most banks have this. Instead of adding adverts like the last update perhaps focus on the actual usability of the app. Don't get me wrong I like Atom but this app is trying to be cool but it's not when it can't get the basics right

Can't verify my ID due to the incompetent credit agency they use, many people seem to have the same problem, never before experienced a bank that can't confirm I exist, this is really basic stuff to get right, utterly pathetic.

Waste of my time. had to go through giving all my details and setting up face recognition and voice recognition just to be told they are unable to verify my identity, unsure why this is.

Update: hmm almost 3 years to the day ironically and nothing has changed. Seems like a con/scam. Download app, sign up, give your details, apply for account only to be told they can't find my address. Contact "chat" ask why they can't set up my account, to which I get told I need to sign up for a different credit check company. Then get cut off, app closes and then you have to start chat again.
