Difficult to create an account. Navigation is slow. Slow to play live stream. Can't play previous shows fron a couple of hours in the past, which is why I installed this app. Extra ads on top of the ads on the show.

I am being forced to use this app again because the radio show I listen to (99.9fm KISW) moved to Audacy and there's no other way to listen to the podcasts. EVERYTHING about this app is horrible. Controls are garbage, I can't download the podcasts anymore, it doesn't matter what you put in your queue because it won't automatically play what's next, it didn't keep my podcast at the same place I last left it. It's got a 1.5 avg rating for a reason. FIGURE IT OUT AUDACY, YOUR APP IS TRASH

Absolute trash. Would give negative stars if I could. Crashes almost instantly and constantly. Customer support team pretends this isn't a universal issue. They ask a million questions that any normal person isn't going to be bothered to answer when the issues about the app are crystal clear to anyone who has tried to use it once.

App no longer works. "Unable to load audio stream" is a pop-up it has been giving me for days. I've deleted and reloaded multiple times. I've sought trouble shooting assistance. There's nothing. This app is the only way to listen to WXRT in New York. Audacy has ruined that. Hire an engineer!
