App only as good as the data. No point to the app if parcel scanning does not occur. Often get "Packaged received by Australia Post" then nothing until "It will (may) be delivered today by lowest bidder contactor who may or may not leave package where requested or card you even if you are home"

2 bottles of honey. Why could these not have been left at their usual safe place at the front door instead of me now having to go down to the post office Monday morning to pick them up. Every other time it's been at the front door. Bit disappointed with this.

No app testing i guess. Payment function is broken. Can't enter expiry date of credit card. Paypal option just looks. Tried to renew my PO box lease but failed

Love being able to track but sometimes packages sit in one place for ages without resin more then happy if it said stuff shortage or something for being delayed but otherwise amazing work our workers do and the app tracking
