Be wary of buying tickets on this site - use other options
I would honestly recommend using other sites to buy tickets - I have an AXS account (with £250 credit on it) which I have been unable to access it - the bot chat capability is near useless and there is no other way of contacting support. I might as well have handed £250 to a random stranger in London, gone home, and then come back the next day to look for them !

This app is a scam. I purchase tickets on vivid seats waited over 24 hours fir my tickets and they were delivered had to download app than couldn't sign in, you also have to pay foe the app plus there is NO customer support!

Can’t get password to reset!

Insane fees
Charge the exact ticket amount instead of adding a 50% additional in fees. Garbage monopoly.

Disappointed from the get go. So glad AXS is here to jack up the ticket price 30% with fees. Awesome too that you have to download/install their app or get charged even more. A total ripoff, and it doesn't have to be this way. Can't wait till AXS, Ticketmaster and all the other companies like it are out of business. Give the money to the artists and venues, not another middle man here to monetize our data and tack on useless fees.

Sorry excuse for a service.
I have planning to go to a rodeo for a few months now, and any time I did anything involving the ticket, double check venue, make sure I recall the date, or even making an account. I am met with an error screen, and no remedy to the issue at all. I have uninstalled the app 4 times in an attempt to fix, but nothing.

Awful Experience
So I buy tickets and need to sell. Go to sell and AXS app and website say tickets are not consecutive so can't be sold, which is not the case. Makes me think they are front running other tickets and basically have prevented me from selling mine. Never use Seat Geek or AVS again!
