Not a good app. Has a lot of glitches. Biometrics will not work. Everytime an update I have to reset username and password. Barclay, go check the Discover app, you could learn how it is done.

Poor app design

I activated my card this morning and downloaded the app. It offered a security confirmation using the CVV code which I went for. Turns out this feature is only available for Business cards so I had to retype all my info. I then was asked for some security information. It considered one of my answers “wrong” so I had to enter my info all over again. I then went to security settings on my account to find the security question I had answered wrong and was unable to find it. However, I did find multiple other settings for notifications which I would have preferred to get as text messages, but the only options were e-mail and sometimes “notifications” which I assume are fleeting. Poor application design and a continuation of the poor experience I had with Barclays a few years ago.

Getting worse. I have had this card for over 10 years. The only problem was when they refused to refund my trip that was cancelled due to Corona. Now they are getting into bed with Wells Fargo, a Bank that treat people extremely poorly, and has paid $100,000.00s in fines for doing things illegally. I will be closing my account.

I fell on hard times due to Covid and health issues. I fell behind due to reasons out of my control. Well I'm back, I caught up and I made it Right! You choose to turn your back on a good customer. I should have just filled bankruptcy but I chose not too I chose to make it right! You all decided to close my account!

Desperately needs to be updated. Biometrics constantly fail. Clunky interface for redeeming points. Doesn't work with Google saved passwords

This is the only banking/credit app I have ever used that doesn't give you the option to receive text message or push notifications of daily spending or purchase alerts.
