Easy to use and navigate. Only issue I'd like to see remedied, is the inclusion of customisable notification sound, rather than being fixed with the standard BBC News chord. Please make this modification. Thanks

This app UI is very buggy. Images don't load. Stories cover other stories. The main page is jumbled.

Go to app for national and local news for years. Now I'm forced to create an account for all BBC apps. No thank you. Can i trust the BBC with my personal data???

I'm not sure why bbc forcing you to have an account to see same news which are available without logging in via their own website. Probably just to sell your personal info. Removed.

No videos playing
I could always depend on this app to deliver trusted, relevant work. However, I am suddenly not able to activate any videos. (I have an IPhone 13 Pro and am connected to Wi-fi and cellular). Would appreciate your response as to what can be done. Thank you.

It's a great news source which I've used for years, but there are now too many breaking news alerts on trivial topics. I've had to turn off notifications.

The BBC News app is starting to look and feel dated. It needs a navigation overhaul like the BBC Sport app received. I was shocked to find that my account doesn't save my personal newsfeed settings. Remind me again the purpose of creating an account? It's also choc-full of app trackers. How do we benefit from this? Quality though slightly biased BBC journalism but the app has fallen below par.
