This BET+ is so far behind it is 2023 and you have no new seasons and I am paying for this site! Why is this site behind? You added new shows but that will be a new problem in the future with your customers getting attached to a new show and will not be able to continue too watch new episodes that is not fixing the problem that is hindering the situation please don't pacify your customer we greatly appreciate if you fix it I am paying for your services... Thank you ...

I have been trying to watch the first ten minutes of this movie for the last 30 mins. It buffers and then states, "Sorry no longer available." I'm close to canceling my subscription.

How to get contact with customer service???!!!!!
My money has been taken out of my account for this subscription, however I can't get into my account. I have tried to reset my password and I am not receiving an email. This problem needs to be fixed ASAP or I need my money refunded immediately.

New seasons not available
How is it that I paid for this app specifically to watch season 5 of sistas and it's not available to me via app?! Why do I need a tv provider? I thought that was the point of this app?!

Glitch
I can honestly say I love watching the app but I don't like that after an hour of watching something it becomes very glitchy and cuts off. Then you have to go back through the process of finding what you were watching and if it's a movie try to remember where you left off. I will give the app a 3 star rating. If the glitching stops I believe you may get more 5 star ratings.
