Fraud!!! Bike was not working. Can't "End the ride", just black screen when trying make a completion photo, but time was running!Charged for nothing!No any support from company! Terrible!

The experience making it payment.

The app won't let you delete your credit or debit cards. Also, it does not give you the option to pay an outstanding balance in case one owes you money for not having the full balance in the application. They are failing at the basics.

I put zero. The trips do not end despite being on a parking lot well, it is paid for nothing. In addition, deposits are not refunded. I am very disappointed with bird, I thought he had evolved in 1 year and well it is not the case. I redelete it's a scam

Money Pinchers

There's no point in buying a pass. I bought one, for 3 minutes free every ten minutes, everyday for a month. Yet, whenever I go to ride, money is withdrawn and charged to me, whilst I'm well within the 3-minute limit.

I don't know how you can report a problem with a trip. The option will be available soon... He wouldn't let me activate the monotopatin, and then it was hard to block it. It charged me the 5 minutes of trying to handle it and it didn't work. The app did not recognize am skateboard.
