It used to be better a few years ago. Now, since jan 2023, It's extremely Commercial and recently it "invented" a missed payment out of nowhere, when nothing like that happened for more than 5 years, as their history confirms. It's just an app to sell you credit cards and loans.

App has trouble connecting or staying connected to bank. Also has trouble sending verification codes to registered phone numbers.

Its good but it doesnt give you details of why your score went up or down and I tried to submit something that was wrong and no one got back to me.

Cant turn off promotional email The links from unsubscribe button on promotional emails never work. Maybe they are required to have it for legal purposes. But it seems they are purposefully making it impossible to unsubscribe. Guess what i can just send them to spam.
