App worked fine until a forced "update" and now I'm forced around in a permanent circle of needing to update the app. Which is now updated... but still needs updating.

Update not working
Have updated as requested. Does not open. Going round in circles to the App Store and back. Sort it out. Have also rebooted phone. Have managed to submit new electric and gas readings via online pc. The gas readings have not updated 24 hours after submitting, viewed on the app.

It told me I had to update to continue using the app but when I did it still says the same, but there is no newer update on Playstore so I can no longer get into the app 😢

great for the environment, not as reasonable for prices these days sadly. EDIT: Thanks for the response, unfortunately even this Bulb update is glitched and I can longer manage my account or submit readings. It bricks on start up.

Used to work, not now
I had a notification yesterday that I needed to submit a meter reading, and when I swiped on it, the app said it needed updating. I did this straight away. Then opening the app it still says I need to update. It links back to the app on the App Store and of course there is no update option as it is up to date.

Update doesn't work. Told to update app. The last years with Bulb have been terrible. My smart meter doesn't work and now, so I've had to submit readings through the app. And now that doesn't work. I hope Octopus is better.the

Can't open the app. Even though I've updated it, I'm still getting told I need to. I'm guessing you're porting everything over to Octopus, but you could at least brick the app and tell everyone.
