100 crashes a day
Probably the worst Sportsbook casino app I have ever used. Cash outs on Sportsbook seem arbitrary and are sometimes unavailable when other apps would have them. Casino part of the app is constantly crashing or disconnecting when playing slots. The worst is when you're playing live dealer games and get disconnected in the middle of a blackjack hand. Uninstalled and reinstalled app, turned location to always on, nothing works. Just an overall horrible experience.

The last update SUCKS!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 Mar 2 2023 - IDEA: MAKE A "LOCATION BUTTON" to check your location after saying UNABLE TO FIND LOCATION, WHEN I AM ON WIFI & MOBILE DATA, BUT THIS APP SAYS "WHERE ARE YOU?" CANCELING BETS, CANNOT FIND LOCATION, USES TONS OF DATA (1.5GB in 3hrs!!!) - IF/WHEN THEY BOOT YOU OFF YOU MUST LOG OFF, CLEAR CACHE, UNINSTALL THEN REINSTALL, LOG BACK IN.... SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS..... WHY DOES CAESARS SUCK SO MUCH???? BECAUSE IT DOES. IT'S SO GOD DAMN FRUSTRATING..🤬🤬🤬🤬

This app causes my phone to overheat quite often just playing Blackjack. No other app I use makes my phone get hot like this.

Terrible App!!!
App crashed during verification and then suspended my account. Tried to rectify it with Live Chat but it was a bot, got a person and they basically told me to email someone else. It's not worth the trouble.

Worst customer service
App messed up my phone number. I was told that the number would be fixed and receive a phone call in an hour. Almost 8 hrs later nothing was done and I was treated like disrespectfully by numerous customer service reps.

Sportsbook is trash. Parlays are weak and barely any. DK and FD have way better options. Casino is ok but beware this app is unstable. It keeps kicking you from live games which to me is unacceptable. Literally have money on the table and you get disconnected from the game. No matter deleting the app and re installing or using wifi or cell connection. It just boots you from the game with your money on the table. Rewards are basic here. The other two big apps I mentioned reward you waaay better. Better promotions too and the same live table games that don't kick you out. Shame on Caesar.

The live chat is in fact not a live chat so you can't get any support. The app constantlyyyyyyy crashes and the screen just goes white mid game or mid spin. The app literally has an ad that states they now accept e transfer for withdrawal and deposit but it's actually not an option. Ugh this list goes on! This app is terrible!
