Awful and buggy experience. Ordered from Scott Innes almost $130 order got turned down after requested 24 hour service becausw it was business related but there was no option for that. Customer service response was that I should use website. So whats the purpose of the app? Deleting it and wont be using it again. Terrible service.

DM’s not working

I'm pretty happy with the app, recently it has just been bugging out and not sending any messages to celebrities. The website on my browser works fine, but there seems to be an issue in the app. It will even tell me it's failed to send messages as soon as I open the app before I've even done anything. Anyone else having this issue? Google has been less then helpful lol

Would be perfectly fine, but after a minute or two as I type, the app slows down A LOT and I just have to reopen it every time. I have a nice phone too, and it ONLY struggles with Cameo.

Messaging on this app is HORRENDOUS. After typing more than one or two sentences, the app FREEZES. It stops responding completely and actually freezes my phone up. NO OTHER APP DOES THIS. FIX IT!!!

Use the website instead

I don't know if my phone is just out of date (I have an iPhone 8 Plus) but after a few minutes in the app, it closes itself or my phone would just completely freeze. Not to mention the first time I submitted a cameo, they didn't respond back. Thankfully my second attempt with another celebrity did work, but that was booking it on my computer. I recommend scrolling and booking on a computer and using the app for updates and when you actually get it. You can check it before it completely breaks on you.

Usually I love the app, but since today, I can't request any Cameo or send message anymore. It says "No payment method available in your country" Was never a problem in germany before :(
