Not a good start with your company

Made a payment of 2000.00 before due date and get hit with a 29.00 late fee. Fortunate enough, I got a nice customer service advisor who reversed the charges. Definitely not a good way to start with new customers. Already hinting doing business with your company.

Can't transfer funds. Can't make recurring payments. Can't use Zelle. This app DOES NOT work like it should. I will send you in circles with no solution.

Used to Work Well, But Not Now Errors about username/password, but I know they're right (from my password manager) and deleting and redownloading the app only fixed that problem temporarily before it returned.

App experience is archaic. 2FA is clunky, slow loading times. And it looks like the app pages are still loaded even after they are no longer displayed. Bank itself is pretty good, just the app is substandard.
