Doesn't work, I just paid for the subscription and I go to click a nannys profile and it doesn't load I can't do anything?? Then I try the app and when I login it says the app is for people looking to be a care giver. If I want to look for one download a different app however there isn't one?? What in the world is going on. Why can't I just get what I paid for here??? Need some help please!!

Pathetic service
I signed up for care.com's service in November 2022, needing additional care for my disabled child. Although I posted an ad and had work available for caregivers at a pretty decent rate of pay, I was only contacted by two totally inappropriate caregivers. One of them tried to argue that he could provide care via Zoom - for a child who needs diapers changed and operates at a 2 to 3-year-old level!! Hard to believe!! This was $39 wasted! I recommend you don't waste your money.

Poor App and Communication
The app itself is not great. It always glitches, resets when you are in the middle of searching, inadequate filter options for searching, and doesn't show everyone that you have favorited when you look at your favorites list. Then when you try and chat with someone for assistance, and they ask you a question and you have to go back to the app to look, it closes out the chat and you can't return. It truly is a horrible app. Regarding the caregivers, the majority of profiles are not maintained/updated and no one ever checks messages you send or bothers to reply. All this wouldn't be as frustrating if the app wasn't ridiculously priced.

The service has been absolutely terrible me along as well as other nannies and families looking for nannies has all agreed that care gets all of your information wrong. The system gets all of your information wrong and Care sends that wrong information out to the nannies or to the families and so everybody is a little bit confused as to what's happening what's going on and it sucks that I'm paying for this s***

I paid $160 for nothing
I purchased a year subscription last fall (2022) and have had no success with this app. Every time I have tried to book a sitter it suggests one that lives almost 2 hours away, which is unacceptable and not worth a 3 hour sit. I should also mention that this was a male sitter, and I prefer a female to stay with my child, but it's not an option to request this. I've also had an open job for a few weeks now and have gotten no bids. I'm just really upset that I paid for this app for it to be useless. Should have read the reviews first. And of course they don't offer a refund. 😒

Terrible App
I have used care.com from a web browser before. The app is terrible. Messaging does not work, app locks up regularly. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I haven't had issues and have connected with new clients using it,, making it typically a great app. Since the last update though, I am completely unable to use the app. I have restarted my phone, deleted and reinstalled the app but no use, it is completely death swirl now :( I hope the client I am supposed to meet later understands when I ghosted her and will still hire me. Ugh.

I've been using this app for over ten years and while it's really great a lot of ways it's also very glitchy and you can't contact customer service and even if you do get ahold of them you just speak with the robot and they're not very helpful. I depend on this app to make money and hope it will get updated and work a little bit better especially for the veterans who have been using it for so long

Impossible (not hyperbole) to edit a job
Trying to edit a job makes the app unusable. It is impossible to realistically hire someone from this app without using the desktop website. Some applicants had different rates on the app and desktop website, even when I kept refreshing
