My CB pro does not work because there is no secure 3D validation. I am very surprised that an app that is associated with a credit card is not dev with this verification system on the part of the cardholder. the gymnastics of entering my CB at each load will not make the use simple.

Several repeated attempts creating an account: password needed a capital, username taken... no error msg, could not proceed to 'Next'. Can't set a desired amperage. Can't reset amp/breaker as a workaround. Can't disable charger with app... trip the breaker when traveling? Setting up wifi showed a neighbor address not mine from setup. Setup prioritized charging station account wanting $10, which I skipped. I want to trickle charge between 20-80% capacity. Can't. Max car model year is 2022!

Failed at the registration. PayPal will not be accepted. Google Play doesn't work for me and I don't have a credit card. What a pity

Limited functionality for hidden chargers

My apartments have chargers that are not on the map. Even after connecting the car and charging, I cannot use the app to report problems. One side does not work at all. I've called ChargePoint and reported it twice but it never has been fixed. If chargers are hidden there is no way to see if they are available etc. Be nice if they were password protected where the apartments could grant you access to see if they are in use etc. instead they are just ghosts. Hopefully they are not in use and hopefully they work.

I mainly use it for home charger. Not the most convenient to use. There are better options out there. I've sent numerous suggestions and feedback to chargepoint in last year but still no improvement. Guess they don't care about your home use experience.

First time I used chargepoint and couldn't get it to work. Customer services very helpful, however they confirmed all available points weren't working so had to wait for someone to return before I could charge

It doesn't look good to me. if I charge three or $5 they always charge me $10 I don't understand why

The app is easy to use, but the scroll feature really sucks. It keeps taking me back up to the top when I am trying to look at charging history or comments about a charger. It's extremely annoying and needs to be fixed.
