so far 1 of 4 of my boxes arrived without issue. one was delivered without any rain protection on a super rainy day and two were sent to a wrong address. then 1 of 3 of the calls I had to resolve all this was good. on one the rep misinformed me about why my package was sent to the wrong address and on one the rep erroneously cancelled my order (which was what caused the boxes to be sent to the wrong state). they assure me this is not normal and gave me free stuff.

Buggy

The cellphone app and the website don't communicate. The autoship information isn't consistent. Huge bugs. Useless for tracking and managing auto shipments.

I think at this point I'm done using chewy until they stop using FedEx as their main courier. Packages are always late with FedEx or they get lost. I've been using chewy for awhile but with how many late packages I've had or lost because of FedEx I might as well just go back to Amazon for all my pet needs.
