THIS APP IS WORTHLESS, even with the latest update, because it won't let me place an order. Every time I click on Continue, it keeps taking me back to the Need Utensils screen. (I ended up uninstalling this app and ordering on the website instead.)

1 month ago I would have given a 5, but trying to migrate my account from a Note to S23 has been a failure. Use a Google account on a device with multiple accounts configured. App never prompted for which account and just selected one. Logged out of the accounts, removed app data, rebooted, and app still doesn't recognize sole account enabled. Tried creating a new account and ordered, but no record of it when I arrived. Very frustrating overall experience with app that had worked before.

Removed integration with Google Wallet, now forcing you to open the CFA app to scan for points, then Wallet to pay. They're trying to force everyone to carry pre-paid balances in the CFA app, which I'm simply not doing. Frustrating. At a time of increasing integration, CFA decided for the opposite.

Unable to log in to the chick FIL a app after being logged out two weeks ago and I'm going in loops. Have android 11, cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled app multiple times, restarted phone multiple times but still keep going in a loop. Sent a detailed email to the email below and received a canned response that doesn't help because I cannot get into the app at all and all the links in the email goes to the app and it keeps blinking red over and over.
