Trial month is worthless
Very nice started a trial month to get acquainted with the app. You get 30 credits, but you can't spend them with any company unless you have a full subscription. I've been searching for a long time to find something where you don't need a full subscription but this isn't there. When I wanted to stop my trial subscription, you get a screen 26 times whether you really want to stop your subscription. Not really customer-friendly, convenient and also expensive. Not recommended...

Unfair scum app
I bought more credit during the first trial month because I want to try the facial treatment which need 48 credits and after I paid the top up credit all the trial credit are gone and I can not try the 48 credit facial, you should warn the member while they top up the credit and the whole policy is not fair to members who pay more to buy the credit

Impossible to book
I have been on the Class Pass trial for two weeks now and so far it has been impossible to book a single class. Everything (and I mean everything - all class in all gyms) appears to be full days in advance. I am not sure why that is, but the result is that app has been completely useless for me so far.

Cancellation policy could improve
Love the options for fitness class variety and would love to use class pass more - but the 24 hour cancellation fee is ridiculous. Most classes will fill up even if you cancel last minute so it's just excessive. A 2 hour cancellation window would be efficient and allow people to realistically maneuver their busy schedules.

Free trial better than subscription
I signed up for the app because a local yoga studio was offering classes when I was on my trial period. However, as soon as I became a paying customer, all of those spots available at that location became unavailable. Places use this as a way to advertise, but you can't enroll in the classes when you're a paying customer. I tried to sign up within minutes of the spots becoming available, but everything showed up as full. False advertising. SCAM.

Just… bad
They take your trial credits away if you upgrade early. So if you have 49 credits and you decide to give them $89 early, you'll end up with 43 credits. You'll pay $89 for -6 credits. I flagged this to support and they are adamant that it makes sense. I can't even call it greed because I'm trying to pay them earlier and they won't accept it. Also, week long replies on emails (embarrassing in 2023 TBH) and super rude chat staff (chatted with Arcie, who was borderline insulting, and then when I asked to be escalated, another support agent emailed me with a prewritten reply).

THEY STEAL UR MONEY AND NEVER TELL U WHY
this company has charged me money for missed classes that i attended MULTIPLE TIMES. and when i asked for the money to be refunded to me…THEY CHARGE ME AGAIN. don't bother with classpass unless you want to be robbed.

I finally get how class pass sustain the business - it's thru their cancellation policy. Basically if u have last minute plans and wanted to cancel the class, you will be charge a hefty fee. If you missed the class without cancelling, you will be changed even hefty fee that you cannot imagine. Why do they need to charge the fee when the we PURCHASED the credit, PAY using credit, somehow MISSED it but still got penalize? Beware of this guys, scam app
