Score updates take long and don't happen monthly like the app says. otherwise it's a good app

My credit score on this app hasn't changed in the last 6 months, wheter my finances do well or not. My bank account values take about 3 months to catch up. Credit Karma has a much quicker update time. I have also kept my bank account links up to date but clearscore still doesn't take note of the changes in my bank account. Very slow, got very bored.

Affordability score is inaccurate. Says I dont regularly save money, yet there's always over 10k in the bank. Also says I only have £1100 going into my account each month. I don't, I have £2200 in total.

Please assist me. I keep on getting an error to restart when I want to create a new account. It doesn't want to work at all. Someone recommend this app but I'm disappointed now.

App is ok as a rough guide but not really very actuate. It's quick to mark your score down if you miss a payment, but some balances are so far out it's laughable. Yes I read that data from providers may be not shared in good time, but if I spend it's adjusted quick enough so how are balances paid not amended equally quickly?
