The app extremely tough if you have downloaded content.
Good idea that the user can download content to stream offline. But as soon as you download content for offline streaming, the app becomes extremely slow, lagging at button presses, and it's hard to manage the offline content. If you have e.g. series episodes or movies downloaded that you want to renew because time has expired on these, I then it is not possible to "renew" the episodes because the app is so tough. But you are allowed to delete all the episodes/videos and then re-download them. Very annoying. So C more should spend more time developing an app that is useful to customers and that can handle offline content in a sensible way...

Bad app
Never experienced an app that works so poorly. SHL is ffa affected. Incredibly bad for such dizzyingly expensive subscriptions. Goodbye.

Telia's progress leaves its mark
There's nothing major wrong with the app itself. Unfortunately, however, the effects of Telia's ownership and constantly abysmal customer care are beginning to take hold. Poor basic range: the best thing in the app right now is sadly Three Crowns. However, you should not think that you can watch it - even if you have Cmore via Telia's most extensive mobile subscription - one day it was possible to watch the episodes, then Telia realized that old 90s classics drive more traffic than all the modern dung produced and require upgrading the subscription. Inconspicuous and annoying. Reads Helene Barnekow's book restart where she describes her efforts to turn Telia into a company with the customer in focus. Unfortunately, it just seems to be going to hell more and more since Kirby took over...
