Weather related?
We've lost internet at least once or twice a day since the windstorm earlier this week. May have started after some “routine maintenance.”Restarting the modem sometimes works, but Cox had to reboot from their end once. Every time it goes down it takes me 20 minutes or so to troubleshoot and fix. Very irritating.

Experiencing technical difficulties
Every time I try to log in to this app for the last several months, it says experiencing technical difficulties. I've asked a couple technicians on the phone what's going on and they said some people are getting that but they don't know why, it's easy to pay my bill this way so it's frustrating that this thing doesn't work

Price gauging
They raise the price every couple of months and I pay almost $100 just for internet services. Not happy about this.

314$ cable bill is way to much
I don't feel as though I get $314 worth of cable. We watch basic cable channels. I will be looking into other cable options.
