Doesn't automatically choose the closest location and there's no way to cancel or edit an order like other fast food apps let you do. This app needs some serious help

6 piece basket didn't come with extra toast as ordered. No complaint other than that. Food was hot and I got my free ice cream treat.

App problem
The mini blizzard was on deal as long as long as you spent a dollar minimum which I did I spent $6 and it would not allow me to get the mini blizzard for free. What's up with that seemed like a way to pull u in and deny you.

Locked store
Went to pick up a mobile order in Auburn and the doors were locked. The app Said pick up inside Went through the drive thru, food was not ready 😩

Can't customize cones
Husband only eats vanilla cones with sprinkles which is never a problem in the drive thru. Why is there not multiple options to make the same things available for mobile order as drive thru and in house order

I love using this app but my only complaint is if you want to make your blizzard with chocolate ice cream there is no way to modify it or even put a note for it to be done. I wind up calling after the order is made so I can switch it. Might be nice to add that capability.

Can't customize ice creams to chocolate. I have to tell the store when I pick up which means half the time I still get it with vanilla. Seems like the most simple and frequent customization. Why isn't this added to the app???
