User unfriendly, app is very laggy, not enough spaces for messages/remarks in internal transfer transactions, cannot use signs in messages Your app hangs my phone whenever I try to open it!!! Your remarks spaces are too little to complete my message!! Your options (deposit) scrolls up causing you to tap the wrong option. These are very irritating

I really hate the UX in the app. The only good feature is it's easy to open an account. But why such mess app. The icons are not properly arranged. So hard to access live chat and view message inbox.

Why do I still need to manually key in my PIN even after my fingerprint sign-in is successful? What's the point of opting in for biometric signing-in? Edit: Let me clarify - PIN manual entry is required right at the start even after successful fingerprint capture is acknowledged. This is BEFORE logging in to the dashboard, NOT after successful logging in, nor before a high-risk transaction. What a joke!

Just basics right.
Don't know where to start. 1. Please fix the basics wrt app stability. 2. If anything is broken, chop that area but don't let the user continue in a broken experience 3. Please the copy and communication 4. Technology wise you need a good front end team for the app. Some basic flaws 5. Product and marketing team should talk to each other. In this horrible app not opening experience, you prompt me to rate the app. 6. If my reviews are bugs are not fixed, no point asking for feedback. Requesting to fix the app ASAP from a good set of designers and engineers. 🙏🏻
