Worst Customer Care
In case if you don't receive the delivery, then will just keep you getting in rounds and rounds, and won't resolve your query. Lost trust on decathlon support. I ordered a product worth 5k, it shows as delivered but actually nothing was delivered. And instead of taking a quick action on that, it's been already 7 days and no resolution has come from their team. After already talking to 4 support executives, everyone says the same thing that please wait for another 24 hours, and this statement is repeated again and again when you call back the next day.
