Actually not badly done but not up-to-date, shows only very late, usually two days later the new account balance or debits. Annoying room for improvement

Currently, the app does not display any "reserved bookings" on the day before the booking cut. The account balance in the overview is different than in the individual overview of the transactions for this account. I received the mail regarding the account balance an hour ago and the app still shows the old account balance. :-( It is about the time span from 21.37 o'clock until now (22.38 o'clock). A test at 22.40 clock was then ok for the account, but not for the depot. :-( Why can't this be done synchronously?

Rebooking from sub-account to current account in real time would be great. Unfortunately, it always takes 24 hours.

The function "mobile payment" is unfortunately completely useless, since the DB-Card plus is actually a credit card. Then you stand with your mobile phone at the checkout and the friendly seller tells you that only "debit cards" are accepted. Very sad, because actually functionally very good.

Confusing and complicated. Date in the advertisement for the standing order (when the next payment goes out) wrong! Money went out but then unfortunately twice. Customer service doesn't help either. Not recommended.

It's better than before, still missing to see all movements at the time of purchase. It should have a pending transaction view other than that it's very nice

Unfortunately, transactions by card payment are still not directly reserved and the financial status is not displayed in real time. Account alarm clock via mobile phone not available. The design of the app is old-fashioned. The app is not up to date. Maybe get some inspiration from the Sparkasse app and upgrade the app.
