I placed an order for food and it arrived incomplete, I immediately requested a refund of the price of the missing products and they told me that it could not be done because the order had been more than 24 hours old, when not even 6 hours had passed, I called support and they told me that nothing could be done and that they were not going to refund me

They always charge more than what you mark at the beginning. Rates higher than on any other platform and drivers don't want to drag you on trips.

Many times the prices are high, too much! And it is very consecutively that I want to order a car for urgency and it asks me for necessary verification with a bank account when I do not even have a card and I have to resort to uber, indriver or some other apps. It's very annoying.

Terrible service, it takes a long time to send you driver, they charge very expensive more than in my neighborhood, what here you get in 50 pesos here you get in 200, they are rats, then pure kidnappers.

It is a terrible experience in terms of food, all the couriers deliver the cold food, they tell you a delivery schedule and they arrive 15 minutes later and everything cold, you ask them for something and the delivery men ignore you and here I dare to say it because in Didi there is the option to order food

It is misleading and also lies is your loans according to in 5 minutes and says it will take 1 day or more to review, and the service always cancels me and nobody does anything

Requesting a trip is simple: 

1. Download the app and follow the instructions to create an account. 
2. To request a trip, select your pickup and dropoff locations.   
3. Once we’ve found a driver, you’ll be shown the driver and vehicle information. Please note: all our driver-partners are vetted before joining our platform. You can also check the driver’s pickup route and estimated time of arrival (ETA).
