App would not work on wife’s phone

Non stop “something went wrong” couldn't order food or reserve at a restaurant. Luckily it worked on my phone. Disney needs to address this issue if they are gonna push this digital stuff. Cash and first come first served would make this less of a headache and would keep my eyes up and on the park instead of staring at my phone getting frustrated it's not working and miss everything

App does not allow you to link up with family/friends. Cannot pick your party. Difficult to move Magicband+ between WDW and Disneyland app. Very different and much more difficult to navigate/use compared to WDW app. Cannot share restaurant reservations amongst party. No personalized Magicbands, available for purchase in advance, made available for hotel guests linked to reservation.

I liked the tips section but it wasn't always up to date. Also it would be nice to have a choice to have rides grouped in areas rather than alphabetic. As it is, you end up spending a lot of time chasing a low wait time that's on the other side of the park.

We were delayed in buying a genie pass by about ADDRESS_REMOVED After getting kicked off the buying process several times, we tracked down a cast member who said she had the same problem. She told us to log onto the Disney Wi-Fi and stand in a certain spot and try it again and it worked. Was frustrating that it delayed our ability to get on rides we we're hoping to get on early.

Great app and very helpful to enjoy your day however as of lately app as a few bugs I cant place mobile orders when I'm in the park
