bought the "express" option cause it was 10 minutes earlier, and then the delivery time went to the time that was an option for not paying.

I dont understand why I'm responsible for tipping people who may or may not deliver my correct meal? Also today, i ordered something, door dash gsve me a tome window of 30-40 minutes then it switched to 50-65 minutes, then 3 hours later i got a notification saying it was 1 minute away and then a minute later that it was canceled... like what? It's definitely not worth it.

delivery times are bit too kuch for a 4 mile radius...over an hr on average ? but otherwise riders are good and polite and understanding

Dasher refused to come up to my apartment and demanded i come downstairs to get my order, then she either left it somewhere in the parking lot where i can't find it or just drove away with it. DoorDash won't give me a refund either. Time to leave a horrible review with the Better Business Bureau and never use this app ever again!
