DOESN’T WORK SINCE UPDATED

App doesn't work. Will not allow me to login. I wish I could give this app negative stars.

New APK with the new login is broken. Won't authenticat email & or password when I know it's 100% correct. This only happened after they messed around with the login and I can still login via browser just fine. They should have never messed with anything as it was fine the way it was

Not good

Downloaded update, it then said the email and password were invalid- they weren't. Went to mass.gov site, tried my email and it logged me in. Went back to the app and got 4 error messages before it would log me in. Used the same info every time. Most people will not go to those extremes to get an app working, this is surely inconveniencing a lot of people.

The way we were signing into this app before the switch was way easier . Some of us don't remember what email we used or our password. Change it back to the other way. I'm seriously thinking of Uninstalling it. It's harder to use now that you guys changed it

Thank you DTA now I can't login my account. Forcing us to login by your website makes the app pretty useless and your website NEVER works. Thank you for ruining a good app. 😞😞😞

So so many errors especially trying to login I was only able to login one time I literally deleted the app now I just call the 1-800 number

I downloaded the new install and have tried to open approximation 5 times, but it won't open. No solution to this problem. I do need a update .
