It worked fine until an update was added. It doesn't work at all now. What is happening. I've re installed several times. Absolutely rubbish.

Cannot use it for some reason, it don't go to be logged in, don't log in, nothing. After latest updates it's USELESS, sick 🤒 of ee aswell, especially their prices going up ☝️ and get problems like this, supposed to sighn in with a four 4⃣ digit pin 📍.

Worst App I have ever had
We have family usage plan and I can count the number of times we have gifted data to each other in one hand over a period of 2 years. It's useless and will change providers ASAP.

Slightly unreliable
Turning off data often doesn't work. Useless message appears telling you to text your requirements to 150, a fruitless exercise.

Absolutely awful. I needed to speak to someone about my account being attacked. Eventually got through to someone. Its been investigated. I've been told my complaint has been closed. I've been contacted but where? I'm seriously considering leaving EE after 20+ years! Poor show
