I downloaded tried to get money they said I couldn't at the time. I deleted the App. Now they are charging me 8 for nothing. Cancel my account refund my money

At first, I gave the app 5 stars cause I was able to get a $75 advance pretty quickly but then a fatal flaw was revealed. When you sign up for the card, a virtual card is automatically made for you and you can link this card to your Google wallet. Unfortunately, only the last four digits are shown to you and there is no way to see the entire card number or the expiration date. So you can't actually use it cause you don't have all the info! So I have no access to the money until the card arrives.

Its good...it works...but... we should be able to change the date we get paid...Mine has just recently changed to Wednesday...Can anyone help me with this...!!!???

App sucks! You enter the 6 digit passcode they send via text. Then you're told invalid code. Vicious loop! I can't even get in. I quit trying after my 4th invalid code. Waste of time!

Only issue is they dated my paybacl a day before my payday

This app is robbing me. I signed up for it, and now It doesn't recognize my sign in. It takes money from me every month. There is no way to communicate with them. It won't stop robbing me.. for three months it has taken my money for nothing. I cannot stop it. I am calling the BBB tomorrow. DO.NOT USE THIS APP!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! CRIMINAL APP!!! STEALING MONEY. You have been warned. Oñ top of that, you gotta pay a fee to talk to them this app is a trap.

So it linked to my Netspend bank account just fine, but when I try to accept the $50 advance I'm offered, it will not accept the one and only debit card I have attached to my linked Netspend bank account... it says "your card is not eligible for stripe instant payouts"...and there is no option I see that would allow me to accept the advance directly to my linked bank... and I contacted the help team multiple times and have been waiting for over a week to get an answer... this is ridiculous.

Pros U can extend repayment date if u need to. Cons 1. They set the repayment date a day earlier than your direct deposit, which makes ZERO sense, since all financial info clearly shows when direct deposit posts to bank acct. 😂🤦🏾 2. They take repayment so early in the a.m that it's cringy. It doesn't allow room for payroll error, delayed pay, etc. This can cause issues. 3. $8 subscription fee. If your advance offers are constantly low, this is not worth paying. Use Dave app. It's free.
