Disappointment
I don't understand for the life of me that I've been in enterprise cars for so many years even though I rent a car every now and then I can never use my points. This is ridiculous.

Needs work. Some buttons are unlabeled & had to guess. Spelling mistakes & incorrect verbiage in places. It ultimately works, but lacks the polish that a company this size should have on the app that the customer uses to buy their service.

App just stuck in a loop.!! Ever since I booked a car and have been trying to access the app, it just says "Your Session is timed out, please try again" and continously keeps popping up the same msg. Not able to access the app after login.

Great place bad app
I've been renting from enterprise rental for a few years it's only been since January I've been trying to join the loyalty program. No employees have ever said anything about it a friend of mine who travels as well told me about it. The only issue is I've inputted my information 4 times now and have not received any points for my last 3 rentals. So hopefully this works. The rental company is generally pretty good other then the no points for three rentals.

NOW I can say I'm truly disgusted with "Enterprise Rental Car". Amazingly I received a call about a reservation I had setup a week or two prior. Checking to see if I still wanted to keep it I said yes I do. Low & behold after working 16hrs+ I showed up to pick up the car with plenty of money 💵 in pocket. But was served with ABSOLUTE disrespectfulness. Well hey I guess my money's wasn't good enough, but it's all good. SMMFH.
