Glossing over all of the clunky UI and the poor optimization, the one thing I need this useless app for is to put my membership into my Apple wallet. This app takes forever to load and is confusing to navigate.

The app looks nice and it does the basic stuff; sign-ins, check availability etc. but I think is missing a really important functionality that I know other chains already have; crowd levels “meter”. I would use the app (and the gym) infinitely more if I could see how crowded my gym is at any given time..and please don't just feed it off what google maps says, I already do that and it's not quite accurate. Please consider adding this functionality! Thanks

My only complaint is the process for booking kids care. It's annoying and cumbersome.

We had made a set date for my membership to end (it was a year long) - but we recent;y we're charged and my account still says active even though we signed a cancellation agreement. They are a scam and make you go through extraneous lengths to get out of a membership. Don't waste your money and always keep your papers.

For the most part it works satisfactorily. I like how I can select the 3 nearest gyms to me for scheduling a class. However, it somehow changes my 3 gym selections to 2 - not sure why, but exiting the app and entering it again seems to solve that issue.

Can't log in

Contacted support about missing links when adding children to kids club. Got a response that I should contact the individual club. The "sign in as guest" and "add child" links are visible links for other clubs, just not mine. Also contacted to add a feature request for filtering times when searching for classes. Same response.

Easy to navigate only thing I am having trouble with is connecting fitness apps.

It has worked pretty well for my scheduling classes. There are a few glitches: When I set a reminder for booking, it crashes when I click to book. When I go to filter classes, I can only select "all classes" or "all instructors" etc. and the list of classes don't show up.
