Evri app won’t update tracking.
Evri app doesn't update tracking. It hasn't worked the last week so far. Iv uninstalled it and reinstalled multiple times, iv reset my internet settings multiple times, iv done all the settings for notifications they are all there, and switched on. But still no hope in tracking my orders. Have to go the long way around for updates. Extremely annoying!!

Not updating
Using latest version and now App tracking not updating. Arriving home to find parcels being left at delivery address when it still says the initial status of We've got it. It was always slow to update but now it's stopped. Hopeless.

Doesn’t tract unless you delete and add every time
Not sure why you're not listening to all the feedback here, it's even more baffling that an app that has been updated recently is majorly flawed, do your developers even test this? Parcels don't update, they stay on the same status as when you add them. The only way to get a parcels status is to delete it every time and re add it, this is made even more difficult since you can't copy the tracking number before you delete, so you have to go retrieve it from elsewhere. It's so poor that I wonder exactly what function it's supposed to do, since it doesn't track, unless the intention is for people to see the status when the tracking code was added. Funnily enough your service as a courier has improved, but this app is an utter joke.

Horrible App, Horrible Delivery Service
I downloaded this app to try to arrange delivery of a parcel that Evri had received on a Monday, was supposed to deliver on a Tuesday and by Friday had failed either to deliver or update tracking on. The app is useless, mainly intended to advertise their (rotten) service. You cannot communicate with them through the app. If I ever have the parcel delivered or returned to retailer, I will immediately delete the app. I will never knowingly order from a retailer who uses Evri again.

Not updating
This app was really good up until the last update when tracking just seemed to stop updating. I'll have received parcels but the tracking will continue to say on its way until I end up deleting it. I've deleted the app and re-downloaded but still having the same issue.

Delivery instruction
There is no way to add instruction for the driver eg please ring the doorbell prior to delivery is not on anywhere, but dpd have them to give instruction for delivery driver to follow the instruction.can they add the instruction comment to enable customer insert the instruction detail for delivery driver please?

Update doesn’t work
Since the last update the app doesn't enable tracking at all, I have sent and received parcels that still don't say they're any further on than the senders sorting depot, absolutely useless
