New update and now won't recognize my password and user name , called several times to resolve the issue , tech service spoke poorly English sorry to say but we got nowhere in this matter , so I will try again hopefully with better news lol , also still didn't receive my actual card , been 7 month nothing in the mail box, also called to report it we got nowhere , sorry but so far very disappointed in this app , previous app was fine no problems at all

Before the update the app was amazing I had no issues signing on or viewing my balance. But since the recent update I can't seem to log on right away I keep getting an error message takes me two or three times to login. Kind of frustrating wish you guys would have noticed this inconvenience prior to the updates. Please fix this issue.

Absolutely horrible. The last update ruined this app. It's super buggy, it's no longer user friendly. It was so much easier not needing to log in just to see my balance. By the way did i mention how buggy it is? It's unresponsive half the time and honestly the app was so much better before these updates.

Hate this app after the update...just awful. Kicks me out, very difficult when trying to log in into my acct. I wish I could give zero stars.👎

Don't like the new update. Shouldn't have to log in EVERYTIME. and i had my acct set to notify me of purchases over a certain amount and I've never had a problem, UNTIL NOW! I've checked and made sure multiple times and you can't even see the dollar amount in the box for it anymore😡

The old version was great. This version you are not able to see your paystubs on Sunday days before pay day.the sign in order to see balance is horrible.

They updated the app and I'm still having trouble logging in, it continues to give me an error message and I have to keep clicking exit just to get it to the login screen. The biometrics also do not work- I set up my app to unlock with my fingerprint yet it gives me an error message and says to call the number on the back of the phone. Please fix this app.
