Mobile Fuel Payment Broken
I have not been able to make mobile fuel payments since the end of December 2022. The app will not process the payment and displays the error message: “We apologize. We were unable to process your payment. Please select another card and retry.” I have tried multiple credit cards and Apple Pay, and all of my cards are working normally, so it's not a problem on my end. I have also tried multiple stations in my town and had the same error each time. I contacted customer service via both email and a phone call and they have not been able to identify or fix the problem, and they never called me back after saying they would during the phone call. I give up at this point and plan to switch to another fuel brand with a mobile app that actually works.

app is fine when it works. stood by pump for about 5 minutes before I was able to get pump to authorize.

No More Contactless So App is Useless
They did away with contactless payment so the App is now useless. Also, that was the only reason I bought gas at Exxon Mobil, because their gas the about the most expensive there is. Deleting App and closing Exxon Mobil credit account.

I'm giving this one star because it worked twice and then it decided it no longer wanted to work. The location feature nor scanning the QR code on the pump work now. I wish they would fix it because it was really good.

Gasoline is more expensive than any other gas station, and in the area I use it there are about five gas stations of which only one gives points

Beware unauthorized charges! Pay attention to other reviews!
This app will often glitch and has resulted in unauthorized charges to my account. I had a $60+ charge that I did not authorize on the same day that I made a $30 charge after I experienced multiple technical errors in the app. Reached out to their support and they just shrugged it off and did not offer any solutions. Wish I'd carefully read other reviews before using. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Consider yourself warned!

App no longer works!
The app stop detecting any of the fuel pumps at Exon… if app doesn't work, then it should be removed from the App Store. In addition, most of the tap readers at the stations do not even work lol…

Terrible App
The app does not work. Password is rejected repeatedly when it works on website. Customer service is so problematic that someone deliberately deleted my account. This is not ready for public use.
