Cannot see claim info for spouse in the app. You can search for a doctor, and have access to your medical insurance ID card, but cannot only see contract owner claim information.

Works well
My only complaint is that it's hard for me to find information on the app with regards to messages I receive. I receive emails saying something has changed in my personal record but then I have trouble finding what changed. A hot link to the app would be nice!

I have to update every time I sign in…
Seems it takes me 20 mins just to get to EOB or other reason to use the app. Always updating, etc.

Great app after you finish the initial setup on a browser. It loops 2FA if you try to do the initial setup in the app just kicks you back to the method selection when you switch apps to check for OTP.

Worst app ever
The app never works. It's the worst. It doesn't hold password, you have to reset it to remember your device over and over when it's suppose to be good for 3-6 months but it's only been 3 weeks. Trying to do the online health coach will take a year because it's only so many days out of a set number of days but you can't load the website through the app / also just going to the site it goes down so much. It's all poorly executed.

Can never login, when I give my phone number to get a code I get a system error and told to try again later. Meanwhile I received a verification code via email when I put my phone number in. Easier just to use browser at this point

This app used to be better. I feel like every time I log back on, from the same device I always use, I have to recertify my device. So annoying.

This app is almost useless! So hard to maneuver and most times I spend numerous attempts on even accessing. Latest joke was trying to open and was told there was an update. So went through process and accepted terms, etc only to be told the site was under maintenance and come back after 11am Sunday, November 6. Which was Yesterday! SERIOUSLY!!!
